We carefully pack each order and aim to ship within 2–3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
Please note that vintage pieces are unique and often have signs of previous wear. These are part of their character and will be described or shown in the product listing where relevant.
Returns
Every piece at exes is carefully selected and is usually a
one-of-a-kind vintage item. Because of this, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns for fit, personal preference, or small signs of vintage wear.
We always do our best to show and describe each piece honestly, so please take a moment to check the measurements and details before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Please note, we can only accept returns if the item still has its original tag attached and is in its original state.
